The Nevada Volunteers Youth Council is where young leaders rise to make a difference. Made up of high school students from across Nevada, this youth- powered team turns big ideas into real change through community projects that inspire, unite, and uplift. Council members don’t just talk about making an impact— they lead it—gaining leadership skills, building connections, and proving that youth have the power to shape a brighter future for everyone.
From Vision to Victory!
We are proud to celebrate the incredible accomplishments of our 2024–2025 Youth Council, whose passion and dedication prove the power of youth voice in creating real change. This year, members led 9 impactful projects, recruited 492 youth volunteers, and served 1,747 volunteer hours across Nevada— demonstrating that when young people are empowered and given the tools to lead, they rise to the challenge. Their work not only strengthens our communities, but also shows that youth leadership is essential for building a brighter, more connected future for all.
